I specifically stated that I just needed a good night sleep because I had worked since 1am that morning and had to be to work at 4:30 the next morning and was told the room by the office was a quiet room, however I was woken up multiple times from the loud talking between the overnight front desk employee and another person until approximately 12:30am.

The price was great and one of the few smoking rooms in town. Check in was easy, the room met my needs and expectations. Very close to a couple restaurants and a gas station.

This motel is apparently a halfway house or a homeless shelter, a fact which is not advertised--nor is it reflected in the price of the rooms. The hallways are populated with young hispanic loiters, who obviously don't have day jobs. I say no more than that.
